These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WoodCraft Artisans website (the “Site”) and all products and services offered by WoodCraft Artisans (the “Products”). By accessing or using the Site or purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase Products.

All orders placed through WoodCraft Artisans are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Payment Methods:

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and secure online payment platforms. Payment is processed at the time of order placement. For custom orders, a non-refundable deposit of 50% may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion and prior to shipping.

Pricing Accuracy:

While we strive for accuracy in all pricing, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Product you have ordered, we will notify you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.

WoodCraft Artisans stands behind the quality of our handcrafted products. We offer a limited warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers structural integrity and material flaws under normal use.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, improper cleaning or care, exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity, or natural variations in wood grain or color. Items altered by the customer are also excluded.

Claim Process:

To make a warranty claim, please contact us via our Inquiry Form, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, repair, replace, or issue a refund for the defective item.

Shipping:

We ship nationwide within North America. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, and shipping times vary based on destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns:

We accept returns of unused and undamaged standard items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are processed as returns: please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
